Noise really is the biggest enemy of kriya. Today whole time a music band was playing in the neighbourhood due to marriage. As a consequence whole session was kinda polluted by the hip hop songs and all.

Karma - 11/12/2016

Mahamudra is very essential to flexibility and also to balancing of left and right parts of the body. Moreover, it enables body to sit in padmasan. After doing padmasan for extended periods of time , if mahamudra is done then all the pain in knees and numbness disappears like a genie in a bottle.
