Karma - 11/12/2016

Mahamudra is very essential to flexibility and also to balancing of left and right parts of the body. Moreover, it enables body to sit in padmasan. After doing padmasan for extended periods of time , if mahamudra is done then all the pain in knees and numbness disappears like a genie in a bottle.
All serious kriyaban should know that
regular practice of real kriya lead to rising of physical body and in this condition posture other than padmasan results in breaking of asan. That's why all kriyaban should ensure padmasan before attempting to do any yogic kriya.
Today's kriya was okayish but anyhow i did the number. Pranayam was kind of a rollercoaster ride. In the start light became blue then it condensed , then as soon as I crossed 60 my mind wandered a bit and kaboom! all the light was gone when i returned to yoni. Again I did pranav hits in kutastha till 108 , so till the end it became kinda ecstatic. Then came mahamudra, oh man i cant imagine that mahamudra can also give so much joy as it gave today. I did all three required mahamudra. Although, the rule is to do 1 mahamudra to every 12 pranayam, so by rules, I should do 9 mahamudra. But after three I feel ok and stretched , so I stop after three itself.
Today's yoni mudra was quite revealing in terms of yoni and kutastha perspective. There was all golden light coming from something middle, bindu was not so clear but overall it was ecstatic. Today too I lost the count of om. I would have to work on that.
The light in yoni mudra quickly dispersed in paravastha but today blue light was very strong in paravastha. So condensed and so glowing like a fire that I just could not take my eyes off of it.
Amazing things happen when I listen to some good music. Ecstatic currents rise in spine all the time (even when I am writing this).
Regular practice gives very unique results. Now when i look anywhere, while walking or talking, steadily then wherever I am looking yoni starts to appear there. A blue orb of light in everything.
