Noise really is the biggest enemy of kriya. Today whole time a music band was playing in the neighbourhood due to marriage. As a consequence whole session was kinda polluted by the hip hop songs and all.
My kriya routine today was:-
1. 25 Complete talabya kriya
2. 2 Navi kriya
3. 108 pranayam
4. 3 Mahamudra
5. Yoni mudra -35
6. paravastha
Although anyhow I did all the karma. Today while doing talabya, tongue touched the chin quite much and it felt all elongated . Tongue automatically seem to touch all day to the palate, sometimes current is felt in tip of tongue that seems to be dripping from kutastha.
Oh my god, Navi kriya generated so much fire today that I am still feeling the fire. But it seems to be trapped inside my heart (something is wrong I think). I feel that when you do all thing right the desire to hit manipur automatically arises. And I think that's why all kriyas could be invented.
Pranayam was ruined due to all the noise today, even light was jumping from here and there due to mind not settling in kutastha. Today pranayam was not done right at all. Still some light could be ignited when I finished doing 108.
Yoni mudra gave the darshan of bindu today. Paravastha was all good. Eyes were seeing out but my mind was settled on inner aim . No blinking of eyes were there but some horizontal movement of eyeballs were there, so not perfect paravastha. As I used to tune in to other world watching inner sky , some "thing" would snap me out and that thing was the noise outside. May kutastha give peace to other people.
Now after doing all of it , I am feeling an attraction in between eyebrows and stilling of eyes. Sound of om is brahma.
